Once the order is shipped, its status will change to “Sent” and confirmation of the status change will be sent to the customer’s email inbox.
Shipping of goods is carried out via DPD courier service.
The lead time needed to prepare products for shipment is 7-21 business days. It does not take into account the time provided for delivery by the DPD courier company.
We are not responsible for any delays in courier delivery.
At the time of collection, the customer is obliged to check the condition of the shipment. If it is found damaged, he is obliged to report this fact to the supplier, i.e. courier company and immediately contact the Seller.
If, after changing the status of your order to “Sent”, your shipment has not arrived within the stipulated time, please contact Customer Service to obtain the shipment’s tracking number.
Free delivery for shipment to Poland is valid after the purchase of goods for more than 600zl.
