Complaints and returns

We accept returns and exchanges of clothes ordered in our store. Both processes have been simplified as much as possible to speed up implementation. Follow the instructions below.

Return/exchange process:

  1. Pack the product, into the package , copy , print and attach the completed return form (sample form is located at the bottom of this page).

Remember to keep the clothes properly cuffed so that no damage occurs during transportation.

  1. For your convenience and the possibility of claiming a shipped package, please send us returns or exchanges with proof of shipment. The goods sent back are valuable and without a proof of posting in case of loss, you have no way to claim the shipment

Notes:

  • The customer has the right within 14 days of receiving the package to request a return, without giving a reason.
  • BWPT Beata Bobek Company reserves the right not to accept returns/exchanges of clothes that have any signs of use.
  • BWPT Beata Bobek company does not accept returns of clothes sent to us COD.
  • BWPT Beata Bobek Company will not refund the shipping costs incurred by the buyer when returning the goods for exchange/return.
  • Company BWPT Beata Bobek in the case of withdrawal of the customer from the contract does not refund the cost of shipping to the account of the buyer, but only transfer the amount for the returned goods.
